Shipping Terms

 

SHIPPING TERMS

We ship from ITALY and dispatch all shipments within 3/5 days of the purchase date. You will receive a confirmation email when the item is dispatched. We ship with DHL Express and transit times vary, but in most cases the shipment will arrive within 2-3 days from when the item is dispatched.  For time-sensitive deliveries, please e-mail us for more information.

Shipping to Italy costs € 7 and is free for orders over € 100.

Shipping to countries belonging to the European Union has a cost of € 15.00 and is free for orders over € 250. There may be exceptions relating to shipping costs in the case of remote locations.

Shipping to countries outside the European Union has a cost of € 35.00.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

• For shipments to the following countries, the goods are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning no customs fees will be charged upon delivery:  Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United States

• If your country is not on our DDP list (above), then items shipped to your location are done so on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. If a DDU destination is selected, the final price charged are exclusive of all taxes and duties. This means that you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. You may be responsible for paying these duties before receiving your item. 

• Note that we ship regularly outside the EU and are happy to assist you with any shipping issues. You will be emailed your tracking number and can closely follow your package, and if there are any issues please contact us and we are available to assist.

BREXIT UPDATE: Note that due to new Brexit regulations, items shipped to the UK will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We will include the proper invoices needed for your item to pass through customs but please note that you will be responsible for any duties. Also note that due to these new processes, we are experiencing slight delays of a few days added on to the delivery times.

Your item will be sent in our standard Frei Und Apple gift packaging. For the following countries, we can also send the package directly to the recipient, including a personalised note which you may indicate via e-mail: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and United States. For all other countries, the gift packaging can be included but for customs purposes, we recommend not sending directly to the recipient as the shipment could be subject to customs/duty fees (see below).
